CONTROL MEASURES -  Parasite Control:

  1. Alternate day Medical Camps during the season.
  2. Diagnosis through Malaria Microscopy in PHC HQ & Peripheri RD Kits in remote villages.
  3. Mass & Contact survey for positives.
  4. Radical Treatment for all positives by ASHA & Health staff.
  5. Capacity building training to ASHAs & Health Assistants in High Risk PHCs.Capacity
  6. building to Medical Officers & Para Medical staff in TSP area.

  Integrated Vector Control Measures:

  1. 1st round spraying completed in 973 villages.   (i.e. 01.06.2015 to 25.7.2015) & 2nd round spraying started from  09-8-2015 and will be completed by 6-10-2015 covering 996 tribal habitations ACM 5 %.
  2.  High risk villages identified 996, High Risk S/C 104, High Risk PHCs 27.
  3. Focal spray in  82 Ashram Schools/Hostels/KGBV completed in the Tribal area.
  4. 1,00,000 Gambusia Fish has been releasde in large water bodies in identified  villages in the month of August 2015.                 
  5. Anti Larva Operation has been done with Abate, ML Oil, BTI Powder & Liquid in all high risk villages and Muncipalities by the local bodies.
  6. Focal Spray conducted wherever necessary PF Positive cases in tribal villages.
  7. Fogging operation conduct where ever necessary for knock down effect.  
  8. 2,78,037 LLIN Bednets are indented to Government of India for saturation of all tribal and tribal subplan area.
